Cheese is probably the second most appreciated gastronomic solid element of our gastronomy not only for its quality and variety but especially for its unmistakable personality of authentic flavours that denote an ancestral artisanal elaboration. Andalusia has an incredible cheese heritage, the result of a climate, soil and vegetation that infuse a unique and exclusive seal to its different denominations through our native cattle. We will savour in this tasting a selection of the best cheeses of Andalusia such as: Sheep semi-cured mixture Sheep cured sheep semi-cured Torremilano or grand reserve The success of the impeccable quality of our cheeses would not be possible if the way of elaboration and conservation process of yesteryear had not been maintained to this day.
