In our tasting of “generoso” wines from Andalusia, unique in the world, we will taste its varieties from finos and manzanillas through olorosos, amontillados, palo cortado and the unmistakable Pedro Ximenez. During the tasting our professional instructor will explain the differences between each wine, its ways of elaboration without forgetting its history. We will see the differences between the different DOs (Denominations of Origin) analysing among other details their main characteristics of elaboration and aging. In the presentation we can taste several types of “generoso” wines with the possibility of combining them with excellent local ham and cheese. A perfect pairing.
